泻药。。。色彩心理学？
不知道题主是想看那些写我们的心理会否和如何受到色彩的影响吗？
如果是的话，颜色或者色彩的确会起到很多有趣的心理作用。
色彩心理学是研究色调作为人类行为的决定因素。就比如说，颜色鲜艳的食物会引起我们更高的食欲。颜色也具有影响情绪的特质。甚至药丸颜色还会影响服用者对药效的感受，起到一定的安慰剂效应 （de Craen et al., 1996)。最近甚至发现游戏中可以使用颜色让玩家更加投入呢（Roohi & Forouzandeh, 2019）！
其实，色彩心理学在消费者心理研究上，还有很多应用的，尤其是在体验类的消费如餐饮和酒店。在泰国的一个研究中发现泰国人对于普通餐饮店内的颜色的光顾决策反应受到店内颜色（越明亮和暖色调）的影响而更可能被吸引进去用餐（Tantanatewin & Inkarojrit, 2018）。另外，在香港针对酒店房间的颜色对于入住者心情的影响发现，冷色调最让人冷静，绿色最让人感到放松（Lee et al., 2016）。
如果题主是对这些感兴趣的，虽然我没有留意到教科书类的可以推荐，但是有一个由Andrew Elliot和Markus Maier （2014）写的不错的综述，不过是英文的，有兴趣的话可以在下面参考文献找到期刊文章的链接。
但是如果题主问的是什么颜色性格之类的，那种伪科学的乱搞东西我就没法介绍了。
