我们的情报机构，在国外称为MSS, China，全称是Ministry of State Safety。就相当于上面说的国家安全局
国外对这个机构的定义是：Ministry of State Safety is the major agency of intelligence in China .the agency was formed in 1983，it's accountable for counterintelligence operation and foreign intelligence.
大概就是说这个部门成立与1983年，是一个反间谍和对外情报部门。
我们的排名大概在全球是第九位。
国外很多介绍情报部门的网站，我大概看了一下，其中大部分对巴基斯坦的ISI（三军情报处）评价很高，很多网站把这个情报机构的能力排在CIA（中情局）之上，我和巴基斯坦的朋友聊过之后，他这样介绍：“If Pakistan is still exist and running...you can say only because of this ISI...”可见评价之高。
